My mother my fiance and I are from Germany and traveled to Norway in 2015 for the first time. For all of us, it was love at first sight. The fjords, mountains, and marshes of Northern Norway enchanted us and led to many more trips to this beautiful area. In 2021 I was able to realise my biggest dream of buying two little houses on this island and with a lot of love and even more work, my mother and I started renovating the house you are staying in now. Many hundreds of hours of work later the old wooden house from 1890 kept its original Norwegian charm but now shines in a new slightly more modern light.
